Surgery and Doctors' Consulting Hours

The surgery is open from 8.00am to 6.15pm Monday to Friday.

*Thursday the surgery is open 8.00am to 12.00 (noon).

Local Health Board Services

After 6.30pm until 8.00am and after 12noon on Thursdays.

The doctors are on call for long hours so be considerate and restrict your queries and requests for visits to urgent problems only. All calls to Local Health Board are paid for by the doctors. Please make careful use of this service and restrict your calls for EMERGENCY ONLY.

Out of Hours

When the surgery is closed, Cwm Taf Local Health Board Services provide cover for medical emergencies which cannot wait until surgery re-opens. To access this service please telephone 0300 123 50 60. The doctors are on call for long hours so please be considerate and restrict your queries and requests for visits to urgent problems only. Please make careful use of this service and restrict your calls for emergencies only.

NHS Direct is a 24 hour nurse led advice line.

Health Records

You have the right to see your own medical record.
Ask at reception and these can be viewed in an interview room and for security purpose will be overseen by our staff.

Patient Consent is required for any third party to look at the medical your medical record unless you accompany the third party.

There is a fee for any photocopies requested eg per sheet

Disabled Access

The health centre has adequate access for wheelchairs at the front. There are adequate parking facilities in the front, side and rear of the premises.
